Key points of production process

Raw material pretreatment: Fresh squid liver needs to be quickly frozen to prevent fat oxidation.

Degreasing process: Use low-temperature extraction to reduce fat content (to avoid oxidation and deterioration of feed).

Drying method:

Spray drying: retains small molecular active substances (such as peptides), but the cost is higher.

Low-temperature drying: economical and applicable, but the temperature needs to be controlled (≤60℃) to prevent protein denaturation.

Crushing and sterilization: Crushing fineness 80-100 mesh, irradiation sterilization, to ensure that no Salmonella.
